Air conditioning kept our family comfortable throughout our stay, especially during those sizzling Auckland summer days. Housekeeping was efficient, and the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival added a nice touch. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in our room kept us connected, which is a game-changer for families like mine who like to plan adventures on the go. While the paid airport shuttle could be viewed as a slight downside, having tours and ticket assistance right at hand was convenient. With the beautiful terrace and lovely garden area, we found it a perfect spot for a family picnic. Ultimately, Publo Spa offers solid value for its amenities. It's essential to strike the balance between splurging and smart spending, and this hotel manages to deliver both adequately.
